Feel free to apply / suggest sinscere causes who may need any web/design help and we get in touch with as many as we can.
Yearly Maintenance
In case we work together and you have a working website with us, expect a low yearly maintenance fee. It is covering domain, hosting, email and site engine subscriptions. Depending on your tech stack it ranges between $150 – $250.
FAQ
We have a chat before each collaboration where we can discuss the details, including estimations. There are many different goals and we can work around those together. For example, requiring 3 quick websites in 1 month, or building 1 webshop in 3 months are both viable and make sense. It all depends on the level of attention any given project needs.
Once subscribed, you’re able to add as many requests to your queue as you’d like, and they will be delivered one by one.
On average, most requests are completed in just 2-3 business days. However, more complex requests can take longer.
You might be surprised to hear this, but at the moment, Web Fantastico is actually an agency of one. This means you’ll work directly with me, founder of Web Fantastico. While this may change in the future, for now I use efficient modern tools to speed up the process and serve your needs with a great attention to your goals and details.
We understand you may not have enough work to fill up an entire month. Perhaps you only have one or two requests at the moment. That’s where pausing your subscription comes in handy. Billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you sign up and use the service for 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This means that the billing cycle will be paused and you’ll have 10 days of service remaining to be used anytime in the future.
Most design requests are performed in Figma, but Adobe PS & Illustrator are frequently used as well. Websites are usually done in WordPress, Webflow or Wix – which also depends on user requests.
Web Fantastico offers a flexibility in how you request tasks. Some common ways clients send requests are directly via Trello, sharing Google docs or wireframes, or even recording a brief Loom video (for those who prefer not to write their briefs out). Basically, if it can be linked to or shared in Trello, it’s fair game.
No worries! We’ll continue to revise the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
That’s fine. You can pause your subscription when finished and return when you have additional design needs. There’s no need to let the remainder of your subscription go to waste.
Due to the high quality nature of the work, there will be no refunds issued.
